Thank you for shopping at Pure Decor. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy our products. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may land to you in a damaged condition. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Pure Decor Store. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Pure Decor, you agree to the terms set forth as below.
- Product is Damaged- during transit
- Product is Defective - during manufacturing process
- Product is Not as described on the website (With respect to size only)
- Order is Delayed for over a fortnight.
PRODUCT PRICE CANNOT BE REFUNDED IF:
- If you have crossed 5 day window.
- A proper photograph of the damage is not provided by the customer.
- And orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped.
- The customer does not like the colour or fabric of the product. We entertain only the issues related to the damage of the product.
WHEN CAN I GET MY REFUND?
Please note, Pure Decor only entertains the physical damage seen at the time of receipt of the product. Therefore, the refund time takes maximum 2-3 business days from the time of receipt of the damaged product's photograph. You will be notified about the same. The refund will be settled in the customer's bank account within 5 working days.
